Privacy policy
This is a one man barbering business, so there is very little to say. Sammy takes your name and mobile number so he knows who is turning up and when. That is the whole of it.

Who is responsible
SammyBladz Mobile Barber is the data controller for anything collected through this site. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
What gets collected, and why
When you book. Your name, your mobile number, the service you picked and the time you picked. Sammy needs these to hold the slot and to turn up in the right place. The legal basis is performance of a contract: you are asking for a haircut and this is the information needed to give you one.
When you message. If you use the WhatsApp button, your message and your number sit in Sammy's WhatsApp like any other conversation. WhatsApp is operated by Meta under its own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
Reminders. If Sammy sends you a reminder the night before, that uses the number you gave when booking. The basis is legitimate interests, specifically both of us wanting you to actually make your appointment. Tell him to stop and he will stop.
There is no analytics on this site, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no mailing list. Nothing about your visit is recorded unless you book or message.
Who else sees it
Bookings are handled by Setmore, operated by AnywhereWorks, which acts as a processor on Sammy's instructions. Their servers are outside the UK, so booking involves an international transfer of your details, made under the safeguards in their terms. Their privacy policy is at https://www.setmore.com/privacy.
Nobody else. Your details are not sold, shared with advertisers, or passed to other businesses.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. The booking form is loaded from Setmore and sets its own cookies so it can remember your booking as you complete it. If you never open the booking form, none are set.
How long it is kept
Booking records stay in Setmore so Sammy has a history of who he has cut and when, which is normal for a barber keeping track of regulars. Ask him to delete yours and he will. WhatsApp conversations stay until deleted from the chat.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. You can object to reminders. Just ask, and there is no charge for it.
If you are unhappy with how a request is handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
